Requests
Drop anything in. Your assistant picks it up and moves it along: new, in progress, waiting on a parent, done.
Drafts
Messages written for you. Nothing is sent until a parent approves it.
Weekly brief
Hearth writes this by itself every Sunday morning and emails it to everyone who has it switched on (see Profile). You never need to ask for it.
Renewals radar
Passports, school fees, insurance, subscriptions and warranties from the house manual. Add a date to any manual entry and it shows up here, with an alert 30 days before.
Time log
Activity log
Everything your assistant does: who, what and when. It is kept on the server, so she can't edit it.

Inbox
Paste in emails from school, the doctor, clubs. The assistant reads them and adds the tasks and events for you.

Forward any email here and Hearth puts it in your Inbox. This needs the Cloudflare Email Routing setup from Connections.
